What Should I Wear to an EMS Training Session?
One of the most common (but rarely asked) worries before a first session is:
“What do I wear?”
People imagine something complicated, revealing or uncomfortable.
The reality is much simpler.
You don’t need a gym outfit.
You don’t need to look sporty.
You don’t need to buy anything special.
We’ve designed the process to feel easy and private.
What you actually bring
You only need:
- comfortable clothes to arrive in
• trainers
• yourself
That’s it.
No special leggings, no coordinated gym set and no performance clothing required.
What we provide
We provide the specialist EMS training suit.
These are designed for:
• comfort
• hygiene
• effectiveness
You won’t be exercising in your own clothes.
The suit covers the torso, hips and upper legs, so you feel supported rather than exposed.
Is it revealing?
This is a big concern for many people.
The answer: no.
Sessions are one-to-one, calm and private.
This is not a class environment and there is no audience.
Most clients quickly forget what they are wearing because they are focused on the guided movements.
Our environment is intentionally welcoming and relaxed, not a gym floor atmosphere.
Changing & privacy
You’ll have time to change comfortably.
There is:
• no rush
• no pressure
• no “everyone waiting for you”
We help you with the suit so you don’t have to figure it out yourself.
After the first visit, the whole process becomes very routine.
Footwear
You can wear trainers or practice barefoot.
Supportive footwear may help you feel more stable and comfortable during movements.
Do I need to be fit first?
No.
You don’t need:
• gym experience
• coordination
• flexibility
• confidence in exercise
Your first session is guided step-by-step. We show you everything.
You are not expected to know what you’re doing, that’s our job!
A reassurance
Many clients say they delayed booking for months because they felt unsure or self conscious.
After the first visit, they often say:
“I wish I hadn’t worried about that.”
The anticipation is usually the hardest part.
Final thought
Your first session is not a performance.
You’re not coming to impress anyone.
You’re coming to be supported.
You arrive comfortable.
We guide the rest.
Still have a question you feel silly asking?
Please ask anyway, we’ve heard them all, and you won’t be judged!
